While there are tens of foods one can prepare using soya, I just want to offer you a recipe of one of my best recipes. It’s easy and fast, and I hope you enjoy it. Here is how to make a soya soup.
- A cup of cubed soybeans,
- 1.5 vegetable stock,
- A tablespoon of butter,
- A cup of cubed seeded papaya,
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tomato,
- A handful of sliced black beans.
- 1/8 powdered black pepper.
- Step 1: Soak your soya chunks in hot, salted water and leave it for about 15 minutes. Once swelled, drain the water and squeeze to eliminate excess water.
- Step 2: Heat butter and fry the soybean granules for about 5 minutes.
- Step 3: Add the other vegetables, stock, and ½ cup water and continue to stir.
- Step 4: When it boils, reduce the heat and then add pepper and salt. Let it simmer for about 7 minutes.
